FAQ

Do I need insurance?No. We don't bill insurance — payment is collected at time of service, and we can provide documentation for HSA/FSA use.
Who shouldn't take GLP-1 medications?Patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer, multiple endocrine neoplasia, type 1 diabetes, or pancreatitis should not take GLP-1 medications. Your physician will review this with you during your evaluation.
How fast can I get started?Most patients complete their free consult and telehealth evaluation within the same week. Once approved by our medical director - meds can be picked up the next day!!
