Xeomin $10/unit or $445 flat

Botox $14/unit or $645 flat

Xeomin by Merz, Botox by Allergan. The flat fee covers the full upper face.

The Botox and Xeomin flat fee covers forehead lines, 11's and crow's feet, up to the FDA-approved dose. Additional units are $10 each, and other areas, including masseters, are priced per unit. Credit card fees are added to listed pricing, and the 20% cash discount does not apply to toxin services.

Your injector is Bethany S. Campbell, JD, RN, a registered nurse and nurse attorney, with physician oversight from our medical director, Wilfredo Rivera, MD, FACC.

Appointments are unhurried, dosing is conservative, and you see the same injector at every visit.

Botox and Xeomin FAQ

Should I choose Botox or Xeomin?Both are FDA-approved wrinkle relaxers that soften the same lines by relaxing the muscles that cause them. Xeomin, made by Merz, costs less per unit here. Botox, made by Allergan, is the best-known brand. We'll help you choose at your consultation.
When will I see results?Botox and Xeomin build over about two weeks, which is why your follow-up adjustment is scheduled between days 14 and 21, once the result has settled.
Is the follow-up adjustment free?For Botox and Xeomin, yes, adjustments between days 14 and 21 are free, unless you chose fewer units than recommended or used our discount toxin program. Masseter and temporalis injections are excluded.
How long does Botox last?Most patients see results for three to four months. Everyone metabolizes it a little differently.
Do you offer mobile Botox?Yes. We bring Botox and Xeomin to your home or office: Xeomin $10/unit, Botox $14/unit, 40-unit minimum. Travel is free within 15 miles of our Fenton clinic, $25 for 15 to 20 miles and $50 for 20 to 30 miles. Text 810-512-2496 to book.
Can I pay over time?Yes. We offer CareCredit and Cherry Financing, and accept all major credit cards.
Where can I get Botox in Fenton and Flint?Our Fenton office is at 13389 Pomona Drive, open Tuesday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM. Our Flint office is at 2335 S. Linden Road, Suite B, behind Progressive Cardiology, open Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM.
