Cash Discounts for Neuromodulators



Cash discounts for neuromodulators cannot be combined with any other offers. All units must be injected at the same appointment. To qualify for this pricing, units must be paid for with cash at time of appointment. This offer may be rescinded or changed at any time..

Cancellation


In an effort to remain timely with our client flow and allow for optimal client access, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
  • A credit card is required to book an appointment at Sakura Skin - please note that we do not require a deposit. This credit card will not be charged unless you cancel, reschedule, or no-show your appointment within our 24-hour cancellation policy – where a $50 fee will be assessed to your credit card on file. We are asking that all new and current clients supply this credit card number to be kept on file when you schedule an appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel any of your appointments, please give us a call at (810) 394-2187 a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule you.
  • We value you as a client and your appointment time that we set aside for you is very important to all of our team members at Sakura Skin ~ Time booked for your treatment is reserved especially for you. We do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you respectfully adhere to our cancellation policy. We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; please understand that without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
  • Failure to cancel or reschedule, with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. NOTE: This does not apply to adjustments within 3 weeks of neuromodulator injection or free consultations.


We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. Unfortunately, it has been our experience that most of the time unkept appointments are not due to emergencies. We have experienced an increase in clients not keeping their scheduled appointments and not calling to cancel. As a courtesy, we confirm appointments via email or phone call the day prior to scheduled appointments. If we have a cancellation on the schedule, we like to offer the time slot to a client on our waiting list, or who is calling for a same day appointment.

Without notice of cancellation we are unable to do this. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses the opportunity to be seen.

Late Arrival

We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time.

Refund Policy

At Sakura Skin we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.

All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, IV therapy, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Sakura Skin, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Sakura Skin. This excludes our Subscription packages, see the Terms of Service for specific details.

We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.

Neuromodulator adjustments

Neuromodulators adjustments: if at 14 days you would like an adjustment to your Neuromodulators , call us right away to book. For Neuromodulators , adjustments can only be undertaken between 14-21 days after date of treatment (they are free of charge, unless you opted for less Neuromodulators than we recommended; masseter and temporalis injections excluded). No free adjustments will be completed beyond 21 days after date of treatment, unless expressly agreed to by Sakura Skin.
