To secure an appointment at Sakura Skin, a NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to book appointments (except Xeomin subscribers and 1st time consultations), the NONREFUNDABLE deposit will be applied towards your treatment costs. The NONREFUNDABLE deposit starts at $50, determined by service(s) booked. These NONREFUNDABLE deposits will be deducted from the total of service(s) provided at the scheduled appointment time. Should you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48-hours in advance of your scheduled appointment via phone or text to (810) 394-2187. The original NONREFUNDABLE deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment time. Please note that the appointment is not rescheduled until you receive a confirmation text or email from Sakura Skin. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48-hours’ notice, your NONREFUNDABLE deposit will NOT go towards any services and will be forfeited. NOTE: Sakura Skin allows for ONE reschedule of your original appointment with original NONREFUNDABLE deposit. Any additional changes will require a new NONREFUNDABLE deposit.
LATE FEES: Any outstanding balances will incur a $50.00 fee for every thirty (30) days a balance remains on your account.
Refunds: All sales of treatments performed at Sakura Skin are final, no refunds or credits can be offered once treatment is completed.
Consultation Fees, Gift Cards and Treatment Packages: Expire 365 days from date of consultation or date of purchase (unless otherwise noted). Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No exceptions.
Late Arrival: If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Consultations: Require a $100 deposit, this deposit will go towards treatment and will remain in your account for 365 days after consultation. After 365 days the deposit is forfeited.
Neuromodulator adjustments: if at 14 days you would like an adjustment to your Neuromodulators , call us right away to book. For Neuromodulators, adjustments can only be undertaken between 14-21 days after date of treatment (they are free of charge, unless you opted for fewer Neuromodulators than we recommended; utilized our discount toxin program, masseter and temporalis injections excluded).
By securing an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. Medical Necessity Letter: One (1) medical necessity letter will be provided every 365 days, additional letters or any changes to original letter incur a $50 fee. If you require a letter of medical necessity, please send a letter outlining what is needed to beth.sakuraskin@gmail.com.
