A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments (excluding Xeomin subscribers and first-time consultations). Deposits start at $50, determined by the service booked, and are applied toward your treatment total at the time of your appointment.
To reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours in advance by phone or text at (810) 394-2187. Your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Note: your appointment is not rescheduled until you receive a confirmation text or email from Sakura Skin. Sakura Skin allows one reschedule per original deposit. Any additional changes require a new deposit.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Arriving 15 or more minutes late will result in forfeiture of your deposit and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
A $95 deposit is required to book a consultation. This deposit is applied toward your treatment and remains on your account for 365 days. After 365 days, the deposit is forfeited.
If you would like an adjustment after your neuromodulator treatment, contact us between days 14 and 21 after your appointment. Adjustments are free of charge unless you opted for fewer units than recommended or used our discount toxin program. Masseter and temporalis injections are excluded.
Any outstanding balances will incur a $50 fee for every 30 days the balance remains on your account.
All completed treatments are final sale. No refunds or credits are offered once a treatment has been performed. Consultation fees, gift cards, and treatment packages expire 365 days from the date of consultation or purchase (unless otherwise noted). Packages are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No exceptions. This does not apply to Xeomin subscription packages.
One medical necessity letter is provided per 365-day period. Additional letters or changes to an original letter incur a $50 fee. To request a letter, email beth.sakuraskin@gmail.com with details of what is needed.
