Step 1: Phone Consultation
The first step is a $95 consultation, and it isn’t a sales pitch. That fee is applied directly to your treatment if you move forward. It’s a real conversation: we answer your questions, walk you through the pricing, and help you figure out what the program actually involves. Ask about the medication, the titration schedule, side effects — whatever’s on your mind. If you decide it isn’t for you, there’s no obligation and no charge.
Step 2: Telehealth Medical Evaluation
Next you meet with our physician over telehealth. This is a full medical evaluation, not a five-minute check-the-box call. The physician goes through your health history, talks with you about your goals, and determines whether GLP-1 medication is appropriate for you. If you’re approved, your prescription is written right then and you move on to step three.
Step 3: Medication Pickup or Delivery
Once you’re approved, you choose how to get your medication. Pick it up at our Fenton clinic (open Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday) or our Flint clinic (Wednesday and Thursday) — or skip the drive entirely and have it delivered to your door. Either way, you get a full month’s supply at your prescribed dose.
No Insurance Needed — Here’s What That Means
The program is cash-pay, so no insurance company is involved at any point. No referral, no prior authorization, and no wondering whether your plan covers GLP-1 medication for weight loss versus diabetes. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay.
In-office pickup starts at $235 a month for the lowest dose — roughly $50 a week. As your dose goes up over the titration schedule, the monthly cost goes up with it. There are no membership fees, no hidden charges, and nothing you’re required to bundle. And if you’ve reached your goal weight and want help holding onto it, we offer Metformin for maintenance as a separate option.
We take cash, credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and financing through Care Credit and Cherry. Payment is due at the time of service.
Pickup in Fenton or Delivery to Your Door
If you’d rather pick your medication up in person, our Fenton clinic is at 13389 Pomona Drive and our Flint clinic is at 2325 S. Linden Road, Suite B. Both are an easy trip from Linden or Holly — pick whichever one fits your week better.
Clinic hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 3 PM. Call or text to confirm which location is open on the day you want to come in. Other times are sometimes available — if none of those windows work for you, reach out and we’ll do our best to make something work.
If you’d rather skip the drive, delivery is the simplest option: your medication ships straight to your home once the physician approves your prescription. A lot of our Linden and Holly patients switch to delivery once they’re settled on a stable dose and just need the monthly refill.
How Quickly You Can Start
Faster than most people expect. After your consultation, you schedule the telehealth evaluation for a time that works for you. If the physician approves you during that visit, your prescription goes out and you can often pick up your medication the next day in Fenton or Flint. Delivery adds a few days for shipping.
A typical timeline looks like this:

Once you have your medication, the physician walks you through dosing.
